HuntTrax lets your hunting club manage stand check-ins from any phone. Your club admin sets up the property map with your stands, blinds, or fields. When a member heads out, they open HuntTrax, tap their stand on the map, and check in. Every other member sees that stand as occupied in real time — no more double-booking, no more group text chaos.

When they come back in, they check out and the stand shows as available again. If they forget, HuntTrax automatically releases the stand after 12 hours.

HuntTrax works on iPhone without going through the App Store. Here’s how to add it to your home screen:

3. 3Tap the Share button at the bottom (the square with an arrow pointing up)
4. 4Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”
5. 5Tap “Add” in the top right corner

Open your club in HuntTrax and go to the Members section. Tap Invite Member and enter their email address. HuntTrax sends them an email with a temporary password and a “Join / Log In” button.

When your member clicks the button, they land on the login page with their email pre-filled. They enter the temporary password from the email, then set their own permanent password.

You need to be a club owner or admin to add locations. Open your club, go to the map, and tap the Add Location button. Tap the spot on the map where your stand is, give it a name, choose a type, and save it.

The stand appears on the map immediately for all members.

Option 1 — Wait for auto-release: HuntTrax automatically releases any stand checked in for 12 hours or more.

Option 2 — Force release as admin: Tap the stand on the map, then tap Force Release. Confirm and the stand is immediately available.

This almost always happens because you signed in with a different email address than the one your admin invited.

3. 3Tap the “Join / Log In” button in that email
4. 4Sign in with the temporary password from that same email

Go to your club’s map. Tap the stand you’re heading to. If it’s available, tap the check-in button at the bottom, confirm the stand name, and you’re checked in.

When you come back in, tap the stand again and tap Release to check out.

If you created your account using Sign in with Apple, you must always use that same button to log back in. On the login screen, tap “Sign in with Apple.”

If none of these help, email support@hunttrax.com with your club name and sign-in email.

HuntTrax bills once a year: a club fee plus a seat fee for each member, and your rate is locked at signup — it never goes up for your club.

Charter (first 25 camps): $49/yr club fee + $19/yr per member.
Founding (next 25): $59/yr club fee + $24/yr per member.
Standard (after that): $79/yr club fee + $29/yr per member.

Example: a 10-member camp on the Charter rate runs $49 + 10 × $19 = $239 per year — about $2 per member per month.

Member seats can be paid either way: the club admin can cover seats from the Members screen, or each member can pay their own seat from the Billing tab. Everything is free until November 1, 2026 — a card is saved at signup and billing starts November 1. After November 1, new clubs and new members get a 7-day free trial.

Club owners can manage their subscription from Club Settings → Billing → Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel.
