We do not collect your location in the background. Location data is only collected when you actively use the check-in feature.

HuntTrax reserves the right to remove, restrict access to, or report content that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, violates our Terms of Service, or otherwise poses a risk to users or the Service.

HuntTrax sends only transactional emails. We do not send marketing emails. This includes operational notifications such as waitlist confirmation and account-ready notices, which are sent only to individuals who have affirmatively requested them and are not promotional or advertising in nature.

The Service is available to Club Administrators who are at least 18 years of age and Club Members who are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Club administrators represent and warrant that they have obtained any legally required parental or guardian consent before registering or inviting a Member under eighteen (18).
Family member records (for hunters added to a Club roster by a Member or Admin) are limited to a first name or initials only and are not associated with an independent account. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information promptly. Contact support@hunttrax.com if you believe we have collected information from a minor.
The Service integrates with third-party services as described in Section 4.2. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
The Service displays maps and imagery powered by Esri (ArcGIS World Imagery) and the U.S. Geological Survey (The National Map). Map tile loading uses your approximate region, not your precise GPS coordinates, to determine which tiles to request. Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo. Reverse geocoding uses Nominatim from the OpenStreetMap Foundation.
Use of third-party services may be governed by the privacy policies and terms of those providers.
We do not use data collected through the Service to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for targeted advertising purposes. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising and do not sell personal information.
The following data types are collected and linked to your identity: contact information (email), precise location (check-in feature), identifiers (user ID), photos (Scouting feature), and diagnostics (crash reports).
When you use Sign in with Apple, Apple's privacy practices govern Apple's handling of your Apple ID data. See apple.com/legal/privacy.
In compliance with Google Play Data Safety requirements:
Data is encrypted in transit. Users can request data deletion as described in Section 7.4.
We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notification no fewer than 30 days before changes take effect.
