You must be at least 18 years of age to create an Account. By creating an Account, you represent that you are 18 or older.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. By creating an Account, you consent to receive communications electronically, including account notices, billing notices, service updates, and legally required disclosures. Certain features may be designated as beta, preview, pilot, or early-access features and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without liability.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your Account. Notify us immediately at support@hunttrax.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Each Account is for use by a single individual only. You may not share Account credentials with any other person.
If you create or access your Account using Sign in with Apple, HuntTrax uses the Apple ID token solely for authentication purposes. We do not use your Apple ID token for any purpose other than verifying your identity, and we do not share Apple ID data with any third parties.
HuntTrax uses a split-billing model. The Club Admin pays an annual club fee. Each Member pays their own annual member fee directly. Current pricing is available at hunttrax.com. All prices are in US dollars.
All new Subscriptions include a free trial period of at least 7 days. Clubs signing up before November 1, 2026 receive a free trial through November 1, 2026 or 7 days from signup, whichever is later. Clubs signing up on or after November 1, 2026 receive a 7-day free trial from the date of signup. A valid payment method is required at signup but will not be charged until the trial period ends.
All Subscriptions are billed annually following the trial period. You authorize HuntTrax (via Stripe) to charge your payment method at the start of each annual billing period.
Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a renewal reminder no fewer than 30 days before your renewal date.
Charter Club and Founding Club pricing is locked for the life of the Subscription. If such a Subscription lapses, is cancelled, or is terminated and later reactivated, locked pricing no longer applies and Standard pricing at the time of reactivation will apply.
You may cancel at any time during the trial period at no charge. Cancellation after the trial period takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period with no refund for unused time. Clubs that cancel prior to the first billing date will not be charged but permanently forfeit Charter or Founding Club pricing. Reactivation after cancellation is subject to then-current Standard pricing.
All Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. HuntTrax may, at its sole discretion, offer a prorated credit in cases of documented service failure.
HuntTrax may change pricing for new Subscriptions at any time with 60 days written notice for active Subscriptions. Charter and Founding Club pricing is exempt from increases as long as the Subscription remains continuously active.
Where the Service offers purchases through an App Store, such purchases are subject to that App Store's payment terms. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be directed to the applicable App Store.
For billing purposes, a Member is any individual — other than the Club Admin — who accesses, views, or interacts with any feature of the Service under a Club Account during a given Subscription period. This includes individuals designated as "guests," anyone who checks in or out of any location, anyone who views the property map, and anyone who uses any invite link or access credential associated with the Club Account. The Club Admin represents and warrants that they have authority to create and manage the Club, invite members, and administer Club settings and data on behalf of the Club.
Each Member is responsible for purchasing their own annual Membership. Members who have not activated their Membership may access the property map in read-only mode but may not check in to any stand, blind, or field location.
HuntTrax reserves the right to monitor concurrent session counts, device identifiers, check-in records, and access patterns to verify compliance with Membership requirements.
Club Admins agree to accurately represent their Member count at Subscription time and to encourage their Members to activate their own Memberships promptly.
Each paid Member seat may host up to four (4) Family Members. Family Members are intended for the immediate family (typically spouse and children) of the seat holder. Family Members do not have independent login credentials and are tracked by first name only for stand check-in/out and reservation purposes. The Family Member feature may not be used to provide ongoing app access to additional adult hunters in lieu of purchasing additional Member seats. The four-Family-Member-per-seat cap is enforced by the Service.
Club Admins who add Members under the age of 18 represent and warrant that they have obtained all necessary parental or guardian consent before adding such minor members. Club Admins who add Members under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited.
Commercial Account holders may issue temporary Guest Sessions to individual guests for defined hunt windows at no additional per-guest charge within their Subscription tier.
Guest Sessions may not be used as a substitute for Member Memberships or to grant ongoing access to the same individual across multiple seasons without that individual purchasing a Member Membership.
Commercial Accounts are for legitimate commercial hunting operations only. HuntTrax reserves the right to require verification and to reclassify Accounts used to circumvent standard pricing.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service collects and uses precise GPS location data to enable stand check-in/check-out and map display. By using the Service, you consent to this collection as described in our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that your check-in location is visible to other Club members in real time while you are checked in, and that your Club Admin can view your check-in history. Location information may contain delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions. HuntTrax makes no representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any location information. Users assume all risk associated with reliance upon location information displayed through the Service.
The optional HuntTrax Scouting add-on allows Members to upload wildlife photographs. By uploading photos, you agree that:
Photos you upload become part of the Club's shared library and are associated with the Club. If your Account is cancelled or deleted, your uploaded photos remain accessible to the Club and its members until deleted by you, a Club Administrator, or upon Club deletion. When a photo is deleted, the image file and all associated crops are permanently removed from our servers.
By uploading photographs or other content, you grant HuntTrax a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, transmit, and use such content solely for operating, maintaining, improving, securing, and providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to upload such content and that your content does not violate any applicable law or infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HuntTrax, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and the applicable Club Administrator from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your uploaded content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
HuntTrax does not review every photograph uploaded by users and does not guarantee that uploaded content is accurate, lawful, appropriate, or safe. HuntTrax's use of automated moderation does not create any duty to monitor or remove all prohibited content.
You may delete your Account at any time through Account Settings or by contacting support@hunttrax.com. Upon deletion:
Club data created by your Club (stand configurations, property maps, photos you uploaded) remains accessible to other Club members. If you are the sole Club Admin, you must transfer Admin rights before deletion or the Club will be permanently closed.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period.
HuntTrax may suspend or terminate your Account immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or uses that create legal or reputational risk.
Upon termination, access ceases immediately. HuntTrax may delete Club data after a 30-day grace period.
HuntTrax reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HUNTTRAX DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HUNTTRAX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM ARISES OR BE PERMANENTLY BARRED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUNTTRAX'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO HUNTTRAX DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
HuntTrax is a coordination tool only. It does not guarantee the safety of any hunt, the accuracy of any location data, or the reliability of any check-in or check-out record. Users are solely responsible for their own safety and compliance with all applicable hunting laws and regulations.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HuntTrax, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your uploaded content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any law, hunting regulation, property restriction, or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts in Shelby County, Alabama.
Except for claims eligible for small claims court or claims seeking injunctive relief, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Each party waives the right to a jury trial.
Claims may only be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or consolidated proceeding.
HuntTrax may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active users of material changes by email or in-app notification no fewer than 15 days before changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
HuntTrax may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue any feature, functionality, pricing model, integration, or portion of the Service at any time. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are between you and HuntTrax, LLC only, and not with Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the Service and its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services with respect to the Service.
In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Service to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service.
HuntTrax, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Service, including product liability claims, regulatory compliance claims, and consumer protection claims.
HuntTrax, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any intellectual property infringement claim relating to the Service.
HuntTrax and you acknowledge that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
You represent that (a) you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (b) you are not listed on any US Government prohibited or restricted parties list.
HuntTrax shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, cellular failures, GPS failures, cloud provider outages, acts of God, governmental actions, labor disputes, or cybersecurity incidents.
The Service, software, trademarks, logos, content, and technology associated with HuntTrax are owned exclusively by HuntTrax and protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to users. Any suggestions, feedback, enhancement requests, or recommendations submitted to HuntTrax may be used without restriction or compensation.
